Patel Work allocated to the Section Examines the various proposals received from the Programme Divisions of Ministry and the O/o DC(MSME) and give concurrence on financial matters. Tender advice on policy matters involving government expenditure, duly factoring in the sectoral priorities/goals/objectives. Examines Cabinet/EFC/SFC proposals of the Ministry and O/o DC MSME and tender comments. Scrutiny of and concurrence to foreign deputation proposals of officers of Ministry of MSME including O/o DC, MSME. Monitoring of expenditure against budget on Monthly & Quarterly basis. Monitoring of Expenditure Scheme-wise and Object Head-wise in respect of SCSP, TASP and NER on Monthly & Quarterly basis. Preparation of Detailed Demands for Grants (DDG), Appropriation Account, Statement of Budget Estimates (SBE). Uploading of Statement of Budget Estimate (SBE), Budget Estimate (BE), Revised Estimate (RE) and Actual Expenditure in Union Budget Information System (UBIS) Portal. Compilation of Output and Outcome indicators and targets in respect of all its Central Sector Schemes in consultation with Scheme divisions and NITI Aayog. Uploading of the achievements against the targets for various indicators on the dashboard of NITI Aayog on quarterly basis.
